General Questions

Q.  What is a service provider?

A.  A service provider is your wireless carrier.  There are several carriers in the U.S., including Verizon, AT&T, Sprint / Nextel, T-Mobile, Alltel, Cricket, MetroPCS, and many more.  We carry phones for just about every service provider.

Q.  What phones will work with my service provider?

A.  Certain cell phones only work with certain service providers.  This is true for networks that rely on CDMA technology such as Verizon, Sprint, Alltel, etc.  When purchasing a cell phone from our website, please be sure to choose one that is compatible with your service provider.  "Unlocked" phones will work for just about any GSM provider, such as AT&T and T-Mobile.

Q.  What is an unlocked phone?

A.  An unlocked gsm phone is one that can be used for any GSM carrier.  You can insert your activated GSM SIM card from your network and it will work.

Q.  Do you sell gift certificates?

A.  Yes, we do sell gift certificates and they make great gifts :-)

Q.  Do you buy back old phones or accept trade-ins?

Yes, we do buy back old phones and accept trade-ins.  We may even buy back your phone if it is broken, so let us know what you have, what condition its in, and what accessories you have with it.  Please contact us for a quote.

Payment/Shipping Questions

Q.  What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Google Checkout, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).

We also accept money orders.  However, please be advised that money orders can take up to 10-14 days. 

We only ship items out once payments have been cleared.

Q.  When can I expect my phone?

Orders usually take 1 business day to process.  Depending on your location and the method of shipping you select, orders can take anywhere from 1 - 7 business days to arrive.  If you need expedited service, please be sure to select this during the checkout process.

Q.  What is your return policy?

A.  All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date.  Please check out the link below for more details on our return policy.

Q.  Will you ship to a country outside the U.S.?

A.  We currently only ship to Canada and the United Kingdom.

Q.  Do you charge sales tax?

A.  We only charge sales tax of 8.625% on items shipped in New York.

Q.  Do you provide wholesale and corporate discounts for multiple orders?

Phone Questions

Q.  How can I tell a phone will work with my service provider?

A.  Every product listing on our website states the service provider that the phone will work with.  If you have any questions, contact us.

Q.  How do you have phones for sale that my service provider does not offer?

A.  Sometimes, service providers are out of stock or no longer carry certain phones.  Also, GSM networks do not carry all unlocked GSM phones since they have exclusive agreements with certain manufacturers.  We offer a HUGE selection cell phones for just about every service provider.

Q.  Will I have to pay an activation fee?

A.  You may or may not have to pay an activation fee depending on the policy of your service provider.  In most cases, activation fees are for new sign-ups only.

Q.  Do you sell pre-owned phones? Do they work? What condition are they in?

A.  Yes, we also sell pre-owned phones.  All pre-owned phones are in perfect working condition.  Some may have minor cosmetic wear but are fully functional. All pre-owned phones say "Pre-owned" in the product listing on our webpage.
