1.All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date.No exceptions.
2. Returns will ONLY be accepted for phone manufacturer defects. We are not responsible for any activation issues of fees incurred by your service provider. Before returning the item, you must contact us and describe the reason for return. All returns must be approved before sending. Please contact customer service at customerservice@planfreephones.com
3.Original receipt is required for returns.
4.Shipping, handling, insurance, and warranty fees are non-refundable.
5.Buyer must pay for return shipping.Please re-package the return items securely and add tracking to ensure your item returns to us in the condition you sent it in.
6.New phones must be returned in new and mint condition with less than 10 minutes of talk time.Broken, worn, or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
7.All accessories must be returned with the item, including the box, chargers, battery, manuals, etc.If certain items are missing, we will not accept returns.
8.Repairs for malfunctioning items are handled by the manufacturer (if applicable) or a 3rd party warranty service if you choose to purchase a warranty. We are not responsible for repairs or warranties.Please make sure to keep your original receipt, box, and upc.
